About Siya Raj Purohit

Hi, I’m Siya. Since the age of 18, I’ve been driven by one mission: to expand access to opportunity through education. What started as a book about America’s jobs-skills gap has grown into a lifelong pursuit at the intersection of learning, technology, and economic mobility.

Over the past decade, I’ve helped scale EdTech startups, invested in bold ideas shaping the future of work, and led global education efforts at AWS. Now I work on education at OpenAI, where I focus on how AI can unlock human potential and reimagine how we learn.

As a keynote speaker, I share stories and insights on the future of education, AI, and the workforce. I’m also deepening my work in U.S. education policy with the long-term goal of helping shape a more powerful and equitable education system for all.
